Welcome Rachel Southard, APRN

Rachel attended the University of Connecticut where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse at Winchester Hospital in Massachusetts and St. Raphael’s Hospital in cardiac telemetry units.

The majority of Mrs. Southard’s registered nursing work was spent at Yale New Haven Hospital in the medical intensive care unit. She attended Quinnipiac University where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing in the Adult Nurse Practitioner track. She worked as an APRN at Yale New Haven Hospital focusing on pulmonary care including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cystic fibrosis, and interventional pulmonary.

 She will be working in Wethersfield Internal Medicine.
