Agatha Giliberto, APRN, Cardiology

Agatha grew up in New Britain and attended undergraduate nursing school at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven. She went on to receive her master’s in the Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford and graduated in 2017. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Agatha has worked as a clinical nurse leader on a medical teaching floor with specialty training in cystic fibrosis at Hartford Hospital for six years. Her clinical interests include congestive heart failure, AFib-anticoagulation management, diabetes and cardiometabolic disease, and heart disease prevention.
