Update on 2017 Profit Sharing

We are pleased to inform you that the Starling Board of Directors recently approved the profit sharing funding for the 2017 plan year. If you met the plan eligibility requirements, you should see an additional contribution in your T. Rowe Price account from Starling dated March 27, 2018. For this year we are planning to fund the amount in 3 installments. The recent contribution equals 1/3 of your total funding for the 2017 plan year. We will be funding the remaining 2/3 over the next three months.

You can view your 401(k) account at www.troweprice.com/rps. If you are not currently a participant or have not previously registered just follow the screens to “register” as a new user. You may also call the T.Rowe Price customer service center at 800-922-9945.

Note that for employees who have never contributed to the plan, an account will be created on your behalf so that the funds may be deposited.
