The second wave of account activations to complete the CMG Branch migration from the Hartford Healthcare TigerText account to the new Starling Physicians TigerText account will take place this Friday, July 29th, 2016. Starling Physicians will still be able to TigerText with Hartford Healthcare parties; they will simply be in their own directory. Your Providers will receive an email with verbiage similar to below as well as a blast message over TigerText.
“Welcome to TigerText! Please, set up your account today and begin securely messaging your colleagues and streamlining your communication.”

Please know, during the first migration last month, Office365 classified the communications from TigerText as ”Junk Mail” and filtering it away from inboxes. I am sending this email separately in hopes that between TigerText and myself, you will receive the notification. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK or CLUTTER MAIL BOXES should you not receive additional communications by 10:00AM EDT on Friday, July 29th, 2016.
In addition, this evening NPS will push a shortcut called “Launch TigerText Messenger” to PCs and laptops in preparation to offering Desktop TigerText messaging with Staff. NPS will coordinate licensure and rollout to MAs and other staff, as required. A TigerText license must be assigned to accounts in order to use this product (those already using TigerText on their respective smartphones will log on using the same credentials they used to set up the account on those devices).
The icon will look like this:
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
