Supporting Ukraine

Starling is proud to support Ukraine during this extremely challenging time. Thank you to Dr. Maria Briggs (OB/GYN) who serves as the head of PLAST Ukrainian Scouting Organization in Hartford. She coordinated an effort on behalf of Starling to compile supplies for medical kits to go to Ukraine. Supplies included surgical dressings, butterfly closures, bandages, gauze pads, and antibiotic ointments.

Plast, Ukrainian Scouting Organization USA is an organization built on exemplary international scouting principles with Ukrainian characteristics. Plast, the Ukrainian National Scouting Organization, was founded in Ukraine in 1911 and after World War II, was incorporated in the State of Michigan in 1950. Plast is both a 501(c)(3) organization and a public charity (section 509(a)2 of the Internal Revenue code).
