Starling’s First Coffee & Conversation Recruitment Day
We had very successful career fair at the Rocky Hill office on Saturday, March 18th. We had over 150 hopeful candidates attend. We were able to interview over a hundred candidates and saved the resumes of the remaining candidates for call-backs.
Eight clinical managers participated, plus Tina and Sarah from the RCD, and of course the HR staff. We had two of our own guards helping as well. Everyone concurred that we had many well-qualified candidates and the managers left the day feeling very enthusiastic about this method of recruiting.
