Starling Orthopedic Surgeon Joins St. Francis Hospital team

Dr. Richard F. Scarlett has joined St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center as a specialist in orthopedic surgery with Starling Physicians in New Britain.

Dr. Scarlett completed his fellowship training in orthopedic sports medicine at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston and is board certified in orthopedic surgery with an additional certification in sports medicine. He also serves as the team physician for Plainville High School.
