Reputation Management Pilot

Our Reputation Management pilot has been a big success. Since December, there have been 3,426 new online reviews with an average star rating of 4.9 out of 5.0! We started the pilot with 70 providers and are adding 40 more providers in June.

One new development is that online reviews are now being automatically migrated to the provider’s website biography page. If you would like to see what your patients are sharing, please visit your page. Please keep in mind that if a negative comment is interspersed, that actually increases the overall credibility of the reviews.
