Quality Update

The Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and Meaningful Use (MU) reports were submitted on time for all Starling eligible providers to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

• MU attestations: All CMG eligible Medicare providers and 20 GH Branch Medicare providers attested to meeting all MU measures. For the remaining eligible GH Branch providers, hardship waivers were submitted due to SRS related challenges. All waivers were approved by CMS meaning there will be no monetary penalties.
• PQRS: We anticipate hearing back from CMS in the August/September timeframe as to where we stand as an organization after we are benchmarked against our peers.
