Virginia Rivera, APRN, started her practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022. Her clinical interest lies in women’s health, and she is passionate about providing the best care to her patients. Ms. Rivera completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Hartford.

She believes in providing patient-centered care and ensures that her patients feel heard and understood. She explains, “The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my patients leave the office feeling better, knowing that I could contribute to their well-being.”

In her approach, Ms. Rivera emphasizes the importance of listening to her patients and understanding their needs. She says, “It’s essential for me to ensure that my patients feel that they have been able to explain their situation and that they leave their visit with a mutually agreed-upon plan of care.”

When not treating patients, Ms. Rivera enjoys traveling and visiting the ocean. She also loves caring for her houseplants.
