Sharon Corley, CNM/WHNP-BC, is a member of Starling Physician’s OB/Gynecology team. She decided to pursue midwifery after volunteering with the Peace Corps in Senegal, where she worked primarily with pregnant individuals and infants.

Ms. Corley provides care to people across the lifespan, including pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. She emphasizes caring for the whole person and providing care guided by research and evidence. This approach centers on the individual’s decisions, values, and preferences.

Ms. Corley believes it is essential that her patients feel heard, supported, cared for, and respected. She says, “I enjoy connecting with people and being able to provide support and guidance throughout some of life’s greatest journeys.”

Outside of work, Ms. Corley loves spending time with her family and dog, being outside, and running. She is passionate about supporting women’s autonomy and believes in the importance of supporting families across the lifespan. She also strongly believes that pregnancy care does not end with childbirth.
