Dr. Noelle Leong joined Starling Physicians in early 2016 after working for almost eight years as a pediatrician at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. She completed her undergraduate and medical school training at the University of Manitoba in Canada. She completed her pediatric residency with the University of Connecticut at CT Children’s Medical Center. 

Dr. Leong has held teaching positions at UCONN, Quinnipiac University, and Arcadia University.  She has received awards for her commitment to children and community outreach. She has served on several quality improvement initiatives including an asthma task force, pediatric advisory committee, and neonatal management task force.

Dr. Leong is committed to the overall health and well being of children of all ages. She takes a special interest in in safety promotion, quality improvement and evidence-based medicine. She enjoys partnering with parents and providing an individualized approach to their child’s care.
