Dr. Babigian has been practicing podiatry since 1994. He is proud to be part of Starling Physicians and provides comprehensive and quality care for all foot care needs.

Dr. Babigian graduated from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont in 1986 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology. He went to medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He received the Raymond K. Locke award at graduation for excellence in the field of rheumatology. Dr Babigian was selected for a two year surgical residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, the major teaching affiliate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. During his training he received extensive experience in foot surgery and reconstruction techniques.

Dr. Babigian was initially board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine in 1998. This was followed by additional certification by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in 2001 with recertification in 2009. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Babigian is on the staff at the Hospital of Central Connecticut. He stays on the cutting edge of his profession by participating in continuing medical education. This is maintained in by attending lectures both in New England as well as the metro New York City area.
