Biography
Dr. Adam Goldstein was born in Bridgeport, CT. He is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, DC. He earned his medical degree from the St. Georges University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of Connecticut Health Center and the Hospital of Central Connecticut, an affiliated hospital. He completed his training with a fellowship in Nephrology at the Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven.
Dr. Goldstein has 15 years of experience treating and managing patients with all aspects of nephrologic disorders, as well as managing patients on hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and plasmapheresis. He has privileges at the Hospital of Central Connecticut as an admitting and consulting nephrologist. There he also precepts residents at the University of Connecticut Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency in nephrology. In addition, he has privileges at the Bristol Hospital and the Hospital for Special Care as a consulting nephrologist. He is the Medical Director of the Fresenius Dialysis Clinics of Southington and Newington and has privileges at the Hospital of Central Connecticut Dialysis Clinic and the American Renal Dialysis Clinic, both in New Britain.
Dr. Goldstein is board certified in Nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He likes Cross-Fit exercise training and, during the winter months, he enjoys snowboarding with his children. He is proud to be part of the dedicated and professional team that makes up Starling Physicians.
