Operational Improvements for 2018

We continue to enhance our communications with our patients.  Starting in 2018, patients will be asked to provide an email address or cell phone number when checking in for appointments. This will allow us to send email or text updates about upcoming visits.

Our billing representatives are also going to now be available on site in Wethersfield, as well as at 300 Kensington. Patients can call 860-258-3480, option 1. Or, they can visit representatives in Wethersfield on Monday/Wednesday or at 300 Kensington on Tuesday/Thursday between 8:00am-4:30pm.

We continue to refine our priority referral program so that patients who are referred to a Starling specialist can be scheduled with an appointment before they leave the office.  Below is our most recent listing of 4 digit extensions.  These extensions are designated for each specialty and an office staff is assigned to answer the phone within 3-5 rings.  

Our newest draw station is now open in Wethersfield. Starling phlebotomists are onsite Monday-Friday from 6am-6pm and on Saturday from 8am-12pm. Stay tuned for updates on new draw stations throughout 2018.
