Maintain A Strong Online Presence

Patients are searching for you online so it is important to make sure your online presence is accurate. Online review sites provide important information about your areas of expertise, training, contact information, and patient reviews. It also is important to periodically check these sites to see what people are saying.

If you are on review sites like Healthgrades or Vitals, please change your company name to Starling Physicians and make sure information about your skills and background is current. Here is how:

  Vitals:

If you have a profile on this site:

  1. Go to Vitals.com
  2. Enter your name on top menu bar to go to your profile.
  3. On bottom right, you will see your name and ask if it is you. You can then Claim Your Profile.
  4. This takes you to login screen. You can either Sign In or Sign Up.
  5. Make your changes to your profile and save.
  Healthgrades:

If you have a profile on this site:

  1. Go to healthgrades.com
  2. Go to blue box on very bottom of screen.
  3. Go to For Providers and click on Log In to Your Account
  4. You can then make changes to your profile.
  5. If you are not on Healthgrades but would like to be, go to For Providers and click on Update Your Free Profile. You will then need to register.
  LinkedIn:

If you are on LinkedIn, please make sure to select Starling Physicians as your company name:

  1. Move your cursor over Profile and select Edit Profile
  2. Scroll down to the Experiencesection and click the Edit icon next to the position listed at your current company (picture of a pencil)
  3. Click Change Companyand type the full company name
  4. Click Starling Physicians in the dropdown list.
  5. Fill out any additional fields as prompted and click Save.
