Improved Access to Care within Our Gastroenterology Department

Below is a message from Dr. Barry Kemler:

The G.I. department of Starling Physicians is pleased to announce that Madhavi Bhoomagoud,M.D. of Midstate Gastroenterology Specialists,P.C. will be renting space in our offices at 300 Kensington Ave., New Britain. This will afford more access to G.I. services for your patients and obviate the need to send them to outside offices. There are no restrictions for referrals as Dr. Bhoomagoud accepts all insurances.

She will be seeing G.I. consultations and pre-procedure visits, as well as follow up visits in the future, along with Dr. Kemler, and APRNs Christine Calabrese and Lauren Baltrucki.

Dr. Bhoomagoud will be located at 300 Kensington Ave. on Tuesday afternoons (starting on January 17, 2017) between 1:30 PM and 4 PM for patient evaluation and treatment. She will perform procedures at Midstate Medical Center.

All consults and referrals are to be sent directly to the starling physicians G.I. section 300 Kensington Ave. The phone number for referring offices to call is 860-224-6253.  We eagerly anticipate increased demand on our G.I. services, with plans to increase availability as mandated by volume.
