Congratulations to Tracy King on her new role as Chief Administrative Officer

Tracy joined Connecticut Multispecialty Group in August of 2015 in anticipation of the merger between CMG and Grove Hill, as Chief Integration Officer. In her role as Starling’s CIO, she has worked with practices to achieve the performance goals of our value-based contracts (documenting high quality and cost-effective care), led the development of Starling’s first Strategic Plan, and engaged health plans and other providers in the community to improve coordination of care delivery to our patients (Population Health Management). 

Tracy’s background includes health care consulting, hospital administration, and clinical integration leadership at an integrated delivery system. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Tracy also has many outside interests including hiking, traveling, reading, cooking, and talking with friends. She looks forward to “being part of Starling’s team of incredible professionals!”
