This summer we are piloting new technology at select offices to facilitate the registration process. You will be provided an easy-to-use device at check-in that allows you to:
- Enter or update your information
- Electronically sign forms and policies
- Pay your copay or balance
This technology ensures your health records are up-to-date and allows us to deliver customized, interactive healthcare content directly to you based on your healthcare needs. All the information you enter is private and secure.
This tool will be available in select specialties at Wethersfield, New Britain, and Enfield.
