Advisement to Not Respond to Requests

Dear Shareholders,

Please be advised that Starling has received a request for records from the Office of the Inspector General and is presently working to respond.  Our counsel, Mindy Tompkins from Murtha Cullina, is managing this process on Starling’s behalf, and would be the only attorney contacting you in the event that information from you is required to supplement our response.

During this time, should you receive questions or requests for information from outside of Starling Physicians, or from attorneys other than Ms. Tompkins, please call me so that I may coordinate any such communications.
